📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RFP and requirements-focused business analysis activities, from initial discovery
• Develop or tailor a three-tier business capability model aligned with organizational objectives and
• Assess current-state business processes and operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies
• Translate business and process analysis into clear, actionable, and well-structured business
• Develop detailed demo scripts and scenarios that enable vendors or solution providers to
• Establish vendor evaluation criteria and support structured assessment of proposed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience leading end-to-end RFP
• Strong background in traditional, requirements-focused business analysis, including requirements
• Demonstrated experience with business architecture, capability modeling, and operating model
• Ability to assess current-state processes, identify business pain points, and translate findings
• Experience developing vendor evaluation criteria, RFP materials, demonstration scripts, and
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect business objectives to
