- Significant hands-on Java experience with Spring Boot microservices
- Modern software architecture knowledge (domain-driven, event-driven)
- Experience leading engineering teams and coaching/mentoring
- Strong testing, quality engineering and automated testing practices
- CI/CD, version control, and delivery pipelines
- Secure software development, observability, and operational readiness
