📋 Description
- Founding engineer for the team\'s data and automation tooling
- Build pipelines, scoring jobs, and services turning product data into customer-facing motions
- Develop data layer behind internal tools; work from technical specs to production
- Ship scheduled pipelines, account scoring, and real-time triage service
- Collaborate with Director on frontend; produce production-ready systems
- Own data quality and end-to-end operational reliability
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in data, analytics, or backend engineering
- Production data warehouse experience (SQL, dbt or similar, Python)
- Experience building/operating scheduled pipelines and webhook-driven services
- Experience taking products from development to production with live users
- Familiarity with CS tooling: CS platforms, CRM, marketing automation, or support systems
- Deep AI experience: designing AI workflows and production deployment
