📋 Description

• Organize, coordinate, prioritize, and communicate day-to-day electro-mechanical and electronics
• Lead, mentor, and model safety, quality-first culture on the production floor.
• Train and onboard new team members in electronics assembly techniques and IPC J-STD-001
• Support technicians in through-hole and surface-mount soldering, PCB assembly, electro‑mechanical
• Assist in optimizing electronics/electro-mechanical manufacturing processes focusing on cycle time
• Participate in design reviews to improve solderability, assemblability, and reliability of

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical field, preferably electronics or
• 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role with demonstrated ability to guide and manage production
• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
