Manufacturing Supervisor II

📋 Description

• Lead safe manufacturing operations on shift.
• Meet production schedule with minimal supervision.
• Improve quality, regulatory compliance, and cost performance.
• Manage resources to maximize shift throughput.
• Ensure proper training, time/attendance, and handovers.
• Drive process improvements and OpEx initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 2+ years supervising or leading a team.
• Experience in regulated pharma; SAP and MS Office familiarity; PLC/DCS is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
• Experience in aseptic production environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
