📋 Description
- Define and own core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, and employee experience.
- Build scalable analytical products and self-service tools for People leaders.
- Translate analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders and partner with Engineers to improve
- Turn disparate datasets into actionable insights to guide talent decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, data science, BI, or related role
- Advanced SQL and data modeling with large datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Experience with Looker/LookML, BI tools (Tableau, Sigma), and visualization
- Strong data storytelling, governance, and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Cross-functional collaboration with People, Recruiting, Finance
