Clinical Territory Associate- Future Opportunity

📋 Description

• CTA role with Chicago, IL team to learn clinical, technical, and sales aspects.
• Travel to support territory development and customer trainings may be required.
• Develop skills in goal setting, mapping, and quota attainment in preparation for future roles.
• Assist with surgeon trainings, OR staff engagement, and territory management.
• In-service guidance for customers to showcase advanced technology benefits.
• Administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or outside sales experience
• Willing to travel up to 25%, and work nights/weekends as needed
• Ambition, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Team player with proven collaboration abilities
