📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases (conceptual to construction services).
• Prepare the project schedule.
• Discuss project health with the operations leader.
• Alert to changing conditions needing elevation to leadership.
• Maintain/update the project planner for weekly staffing.
• Issue add services and approve before new scope.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Diverse commercial experience: industrial, office, retail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
