📋 Description
- Own end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads with OpenTelemetry
- Define vision and strategy for OpenTelemetry experience in Grafana Cloud
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, and GTM in a remote, global context
- Shape onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows for telemetry
- Lead cross-product roadmap to simplify OpenTelemetry adoption
- Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud teams for seamless activation
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with developer tools or observability focus
- Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry: SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector, telemetry context
- Experience building instrumentation systems, telemetry collectors, or related infra
- Experience operating software across Kubernetes, VMs, and cloud environments
- Proven ability to turn onboarding and troubleshooting into clear product experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication for remote, distributed teams
