Senior/Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Staff/lead product designer for AI-powered platform in construction
• Collaborate with a client to analyze bid packages and improve estimates
• Own design systems for data-heavy tools with cross-functional collaboration
• Work with engineers using Linear for specs and progress tracking
• Engage with customers weekly to validate designs
• Leverage AI daily for research, writing, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped, data-heavy product design
• Systems thinker – design components/patterns, not screens
• Ownership, speed, ambiguity comfort; self-driven
• Strong written/verbal English; async communication
• Nice to have: front-end skills (React/Tailwind)
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS or industrial software
