Mechanical and Thermal Laboratory Technician

📋 Description

• Execute mechanical and thermal tests to validate hardware designs.
• Support product validation, prototype fabrication, and troubleshooting.
• Operate lab and shop equipment (CNC, drill presses) safely.
• Read mechanical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Develop new test procedures for emerging technologies.
• Collect and report test data to engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 5 years in mechanical labs or test environments.
• Experience with server hardware and data center equipment.
• Knowledge of Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
