Senior Android Engineer, Client Platform - Application Stability and Performance

📋 Description

• Lead architectural initiatives to fix the slowest parts of the app, from startup to critical
• Own and evolve our performance tooling with tracing, benchmarking, and automated regression
• Bridge between Client Platform and Product feature teams, aiding them with performance data
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence around performance and mentor engineers of all levels

🎯 Requirements

• Worked on and shipped large scale Android applications
• Identify root causes and resolve ANRs, memory leaks, crashes
• Strong Kotlin skills, with coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectures
• Experience optimizing startup time, memory, and network usage on low-memory devices
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for hard challenges
