📋 Description
- Lead and facilitate safe operations on B2 Shift (6pm-6:30am) per schedule
- Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and cost performance
- Coordinate weekly goals and production schedules
- Promote a culture of safety and high performance
- Manage shift handovers and resource deployment
- Drive process improvements and waste management
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; sciences/engineering preferred
- 2+ years supervising or leading a functional team
- Experience in regulated pharma; SAP and MS Office
- Industrial automation exposure; GMP knowledge
- Aseptic experience helpful
