📋 Description

• Role is field-based; reside within territory or near primary city
• Geography covers TX, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL
• Leads regional FRM team educating HCPs on AbbVie programs
• Ensure compliant operations and timely patient access
• Partner with cross-functional teams on program execution
• Drive professional development for direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in coverage, coding, managed care, or market access
• 2+ years in leadership; 3+ preferred
• Coaching skills in territory and strategic account management
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Parts A-D
• Travel up to 75%; valid driver's license
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
