Staff Software Engineer - Emulation

📋 Description

• Lead the emulation team on approaches to developing performance system emulators
• Expand internal da Vinci emulator to faithfully emulate microcontrollers, sensors, FPGAs, and
• Learn and explore evolving da Vinci system software and firmware
• Explore ways to faithfully emulate da Vinci hardware
• Promote hardware "simulation first" to educate developers on emulator benefits
• Coordinate with internal customers to support features, fixes, and system integration

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years experience with a Bachelor’s or 8y with Master’s or 5y with PhD (or equivalent)
• Strong ability to debug complex systems
• Excellent software engineering and CS fundamentals
• Experience using C++ and Python
• Proven collaboration with diverse engineering teams
