🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years frontend engineering experience, with leadership on end-to-end product initiatives
- TypeScript/JavaScript expertise; React and Next.js experience preferred
- Strong UI/product instincts; accessible, inclusive web experiences
- Architecture and performance optimization; comfort with distributed systems
- Full-stack capability in Python when needed; familiarity with Figma/Sketch
