Supervisor, Avionics Manufacturing - Harnessing

📋 Description

• Lead second shift wire harness fabrication and assembly operations.
• Mentor team on safety, quality, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Train and onboard harness assembly technicians to IPC requirements.
• Support crimping, soldering, connector assembly, bundling, and harness routing per IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Improve manufacturability, routability, and reliability through design reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and optimize throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical field, with wire harness/aerospace cable experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2/3, quality systems, and documentation.
• Experience with CAD or harness design tools and lean manufacturing.
