Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to on-time, under-budget delivery
• Own scope, cost, and schedule with contractors and stakeholders
• Coordinate city, county, and regulatory approvals
• Plan construction activities with facility operators to avoid facility downtime
• Ensure site safety and environmental requirements are met
• Drive project activation to support SpaceX mission goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, architecture, or construction mgmt; 1+ yrs field exp or 5+ yrs in lieu
• Ability to read drawings; mark up coordination items
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit; GPS/total station for surveys
• Experience in civil infrastructure, utilities, and structural concrete
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance
