• Based in Pune; focuses on Workday and HRIS integration strategy
• Hands-on delivery of complex configurations, integrations, and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years in HR technology/HRIS with architecture/IC seniority
• Deep Workday expertise; strong integration experience (EIB, Studio, APIs)
• Multi-platform HR tech experience (ADP, Ashby, CultureAmp, NetSuite, SSO, BI)
• Data governance, security, and AI/automation awareness
• Hands-on delivery mindset; not just design
