Thermal Control and Life Support Hardware Engineer (Crew Starship)

📋 Description

• Own life support and thermal control systems for Crew Starship missions
• Design, analyze, test, and manufacture critical hardware
• Lead reviews with suppliers and customers
• Ensure integration with avionics, software, and mission ops
• Iterate manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver projects from design to production and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• 1+ years in fluid, mechanical, environmental control systems
• Strong fundamentals for trade studies and recommendations
• Experience with NX and GD&T; tolerance analysis
• Experience with structural analysis methods (hand calcs, ABAQUS, ANSYS)
• Knowledge of metallic and fluid system manufacturing techniques
