• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store

• Contribute to a clean, tidy store floor and back of house
• Support with garment care, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per store procedures
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability efforts
