ServiceNow Solution Architect — HAM/SAM (Canada)

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow HAM/SAM solutions
• Serve as technical advisor for HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, architecture reviews
• Define designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Provide guidance on asset lifecycle, governance, data quality, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in IT services, architecture, or delivery
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Significant HAM/SAM/ITAM asset-management experience
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (ERP, procurement, endpoint tools)
