Capital Markets - Director

📋 Description

• Lead IPOs, de-SPACs and capital markets transactions in advisory capacity
• Manage engagements from readiness to execution and public company transition
• Coordinate with management, underwriters, legal counsel and auditors
• Provide technical accounting guidance across SEC/PCAOB requirements
• Develop scoping, work plans and ensure delivery quality across multiple workstreams
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities beyond the initial engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• 12+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory or related consulting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; SEC and PCAOB experience; IFRS a plus
• Experience with SEC filings (S-1, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q) and IPO/de-SPAC work
• Proven leadership, client management and ability to mentor teams
