Sr Mechanical Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and verify new robotic/mechanical systems.
• Investigate root causes of design, manufacturing, or material defects.
• Develop, test, document, and implement solutions per procedures.
• Produce mechanical drawings for volume manufacturing in regulated env.
• Perform detailed analyses (tolerance, simulations, FEA) for parts.

🎯 Requirements

• Self-driven with ability to work in small, focused teams.
• CAD proficiency (SolidWorks), complex assemblies, GD&T, dim'ing.
• Identify issues, lead teams to solutions with clarity.
• Experience across product lifecycle: design to manufacturing transfer.
• Failure analysis proficiency; strong mechanical design/analysis skills.
• Material selection and manufacturability considerations.
