Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through design, deployment, validation, and
- Design and deploy Zero Trust Cloud and Cloud Connector solutions for cloud workloads
- Utilize Terraform and IaC to build scalable deployments and deliver SOW-aligned artifacts
- Lead technical workshops, deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge-transfer
- Travel to customer locations for short-term engagements and broaden expertise across the Zscaler
🎯 Requirements
- Deep technical versatility across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC, Git, CI/CD, and network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark
- Experience with Cloud Connector or similar cloud-based traffic inspection technologies; familiarity
- Experience designing and implementing Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions for AWS
- Strong customer-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
