- Oversee delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs
- Ensure goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets are met
- Lead multi-program portfolio and drive growth in Midwest
- Collaborate with Information Systems on software for program delivery
- Monitor revenue and manage program performance metrics
- Lead a regional organization of PMs and senior staff
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Energy/Public Policy/Engineering/Environmental Science
- Twelve+ years progressive experience; 5+ years people leadership
- 5+ years leading energy efficiency program delivery in utility or funded environments
- Proven client management, negotiations, and performance discussions
- Strong ability to translate client needs into operational execution
- Executive leadership presence and experience with cross-functional teams
