Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own the product look, interaction model, and design system in codebase.
• Collaborate daily with lead designer and PM on direction.
• Contribute frontend polish and push design PRs in a AI-friendly environment.
• Help solve product problems with designers and PM, elevating craft.
• Work on dashboards for building, testing, evaluating, and running LLM voice agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong visual design with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Experience building or shipping a design system in production.
• Depth in interaction design for complex surfaces.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and frontend polish.
• 4+ years shipping web products in a B2B SaaS context.
• Fluency with current design tools (Figma required; Weave/Flora or similar tooling).
