Sales Executive - Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry to join our fully remote national sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across the US, focusing on Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.

• Expand the ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients.

• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as Tech, Finance, and Engineering.

• Manage the sales process from initial outreach to onboarding new clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and influencing various levels of decision-making.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's US market share.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Attend and represent the company at industry conferences 2-3 times per year, networking with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Program leaders.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.

• 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services (RPO, MSP, VMS) within the staffing industry.

• Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem, including key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Programs.

• Proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales target achievement in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hunting new business opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Must have the ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
