Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Functional Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) functional work in multi-country
• Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses to maximize standard D365 functionality and minimize
• Configure and implement D365 F&SCM modules, supporting the full lifecycle from discovery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and goals, and present
• Coordinate across regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Present documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX Functional Analyst, Functional
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM modules or business process areas.
• Working knowledge of D365 F&SCM integrations, data entities, workflows, security, reporting
• Experience across multiple implementation phases — requirements, configuration, testing
• Ability to present clear options to stakeholders, with structured tradeoffs and implementation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable bridging business and
