🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years in aerospace program lifecycle.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams delivering hardware on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for scientific computing and data analysis.
• Strong background in 1D compressible/incompressible flow modeling (hand calculations or tools).
• Experience with CFD tools/workflows (STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FLOW-3D, etc.).
• Experience developing fluid/system CAD models and validating analysis with data.
