📋 Description

• Lead the development and deployment of NeuraGrasp technology.
• Blend software engineering with technical leadership across robotics, AI, perception, and hardware
• Productize NeuraGrasp into production robotic systems at scale.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reliable software-hardware interaction.
• Drive KPIs, tooling, and data-driven improvements across robotic systems.
• Support field deployments and continuous product optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software robotics, automation, or related field.
• Strong Python and/or C++ experience with robotics/real-time systems.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotic software systems.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
