📋 Description
- Design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program across regions where Anthropic
- Own global logistics of issuing hardware including procurement partners and regional coverage.
- Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipelines with policy testing and progressive
- Build zero-touch enrollment for iOS and Android with managed Apple accounts and ADE equivalents.
- Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet.
- Develop telemetry to monitor devices, OS/patch state, and state drift.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years managing corporate mobile fleets at scale (multi-region/global).
- Deep expertise in iOS device management: Enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager, ADE, APNs
- Experience with Android device management and mixed fleets.
- Device configuration as code experience; not just console-based.
- Experience running an MDM/UEM infrastructure (self-hosted or through AWS/Terraform) including
- Ability to work across teams, champions telemetry-driven progressive rollout, and communicate
