📋 Description
- Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap
- Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management
- Voice of the customer from airline/airport users and internal operators
- Scope milestones enabling data-driven iterative development
- Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
- Provide cross-functional leadership for Fleet Operations products
🎯 Requirements
- BS in CS/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years product management for technically complex products
- Experience building operator-facing tooling with real-time performance
- Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced env
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
