IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• The IT Systems Engineer provides services to employees with IT issues and requests involving
• Develops client systems solutions; manages life cycles; escalates complex issues; identifies
• Works with IT teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead endpoint-related development/implementation activities and standardization strategies.
• Undertake device provisioning, OS configurations, and MDM management for Mac and Windows fleets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 10+ years of enterprise end-user support
• Experience with AD/Entra ID, GPO, DNS/DHCP, RDP, Office 365, and security utilities.
• MDM expertise: Jamf Pro, Intune, JumpCloud, Kandji; zero-touch deployment.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash; automation and cross-platform tasks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication; QA/QMS awareness; MS Office proficiency.
• Certification in Jamf/Intune/EntraID/Azure is a plus.
