Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement-UK/EMEA

📋 Description

• Design, build, and improve 101/201 curricula on Claude, Anthropic API, and deployment patterns.
• Develop enablement assets: slide decks, labs, guides, certifications, and recordings.
• Structure content with instructional design to drive retention and behavior change.
• Keep curricula current as Claude models and platform capabilities evolve.
• Deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to internal teams, partners, and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical training, enablement, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong API/ integrations foundation and hands-on Claude or similar LLM experience.
• Proven experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent virtual and in-person presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional design; Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to tailor content for various audiences.
