Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead cross-functional value engineering initiatives across product lifecycle.
- Develop and embed value engineering processes into PDP and broader practices.
- Identify and implement value tools (Should Cost, DFM) to improve cost, quality, and scale.
- Facilitate workshops and training to embed value engineering mindset.
- Collaborate with extended enterprise to drive systemic opportunities and supplier roadmaps.
🎯 Requirements
- Knowledge of value engineering methods and tools.
- Product design/analysis skills with tolerance stack-ups.
- Experience with manufacturing processes for low/high volume components.
- Strong problem solving, DFM, and should-cost capability.
- Medical device manufacturing experience (injection molding, stamping, machining).
- Excellent verbal/written communication; workshop facilitation a plus.
