📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new customers, with a heavy emphasis on requirements and configuring the product
• End-to-end implementation for new customers, building out processes from scratch
• Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product
• Proactive project management across many customers on onboardings
• Collaborate with product/engineering to set expectations and capabilities
• Do whatever it takes to make customers happy and onboard quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P, or B2B SaaS customer management
• Experience with procurement tools/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Experience with product/engineering teams
• Ability to push back while keeping customers happy
