Senior Frontend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reusable, high-quality components that scale across Faire's web surfaces
• Champion accessibility and performance best practices across shared components
• Establish and maintain testing strategies and quality gates for the design system
• Partner with engineers to drive adoption and evolve the system based on usage
• Contribute to the technical direction of our frontend architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with deep expertise in React, TypeScript
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Design and cross-functional teams
• Experience building or maintaining a design system, component library, or shared UI platform
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to lead technical projects from conception through execution and influence beyond your team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
