📋 Description
- Lead safety lifecycle tasks across software and hardware platforms for autonomous systems
- Perform hazard analyses and risk assessments (HARA, FMEA, FTA, STPA)
- Derive, trace, and verify safety requirements (FSRs/TSRs) for supervised and driverless autonomy
- Collaborate with systems, software, robotics, hardware, and test teams to ensure safety integration
- Support safety case artifacts and verification evidence for airport deployment
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in safety engineering for autonomous vehicles or related fields
- Experience with C++, Python, ROS/ROS2
- ISO 26262, SOTIF (ISO 21448), FMEA/FTA, and safety lifecycles
- Experience with multi-core/Linux/RTOS environments
- B.S./M.S. in CS, EE, Systems, Robotics, or related
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills
