• Remote, hands-on contract role to craft and scale training materials.

• Autonomous; manage files and resources using standard MS Office tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).
• Strong presentation design skills with attention to visual layout and accessibility.
• Experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) into design workflows.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• High autonomy and ability to follow established guidelines.
