Vice President, Data Center Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the global data center operations, including facility management, critical environment
• Oversee infrastructure reliability, safety, and compliance for Armada's MDCs across offerings.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Executive leadership; define KPIs and
• Scale operations to support rapid growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure operational readiness for new deployments and technology deployments.
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship; 15+ years in data center ops, critical facilities, cloud infra, telecom, or related
• 10+ years in executive or senior leadership managing large-scale ops.
• Proven experience leading globally distributed teams and mission-critical environments.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and vendor relationship management.
• Leadership in strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory/compliance adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/Business; MBA or advanced engineering degree preferred.
