Engineering Manager - Cost Intelligence

📋 Description

• Lead and grow our software engineering team for Cost Intelligence.
• Drive roadmap for cost allocation, budgeting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
• Set backend, data pipeline, and API technical strategy at scale.
• Own end-to-end delivery from planning to launch and iteration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Represent the team in broader technical discussions and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, data engineering, or cloud-native backend development.
• Experience defining multi-quarter technical roadmaps balancing delivery and platform health.
• Experience with cost management or FinOps tooling in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with anomaly detection, time-series analysis, or ML-driven cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate engineers toward a shared vision.

• Salary range: $236,000 – $339,200 per year (USD).
