Compliance Analyst Associate

📋 Description

• Role to support AML/CTF and financial crime framework
• On-chain monitoring and travel rule framework responsibility
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate compliance
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve investigations
• Work with Chainalysis and other tools for crypto monitoring
• Develop and refine transaction monitoring rules and indicators

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Compliance, AML, or related role
• Hands-on Chainalysis KYT and blockchain investigations
• Experience with Notabene (preferred)
• Experience KYC/CDD/EDD and monitoring reviews
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills
• Ability to design processes and system architecture
