📋 Description

• Own setup data migrations for multiple client implementations
• Collaborate with Launch Managers to deliver go-lives
• Transform payroll, benefits, and demographic data into required formats
• Access clients\' prior providers to pull setup data
• Extract data from on-prem providers with clients
• Develop processes and AI-powered workflows to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data-heavy operations, implementation, or migration
• Manage high volume of concurrent projects and deadlines
• Track record of building/improving processes/tools
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, automation)
• Genuine excitement about AI and automation
• Quick to learn new software and payroll/HR platforms
