📋 Description

• Lead demand generation for Consumer & Life Sciences industries (CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Life
• Collaborate with GTM leaders and global marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple tactics; own event strategy from
• Plan industry events, roundtables, webinars, and Celonis-hosted in-person events for prospects and
• Create campaigns-in-a-box for market-specific use cases; partner with global and partner marketing
• Report on demand generation performance and optimize ROI; manage budget to accelerate pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Proven ability to work with sales, partner, and customer success teams to drive pipeline
• Experience marketing to Consumer or Life Sciences industries preferred
• Knowledge of modern marketing practices: persona-centric demand gen, marketing automation, pipeline
• Experience using tactics like influencer networks, industry partnerships, ABM, events, digital
