📋 Description
- Lead Claude Corps end-to-end — launches, host pipeline, coordinate with CodePath, measure programs
- Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and
- Deploy AI Fluency workforce offerings with states, cities, and national/regional partners
- Orchestrate cross-functional work with internal teams and external funders/agencies
- Research program effectiveness and share replicable models for the broader workforce field
🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Experience in large or fast-growing organizations with talent/HR programs
- Substantive background in AI fluency or learning programs
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive impact-focused execution
- Executive-level communication skills, both writing and public speaking
