Lead/Senior Consultant - Automation QE

📋 Description

• Lead quality engineering strategy across projects and embed quality in the SDLC.
• Coach teams on testing, automation, Agile, Lean, and CD practices.
• Provide QE guidance on testing strategies, frameworks, and processes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams from discovery to deployment and improvement.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks with hands-on QE involvement.
• Develop QE programs, standards, and training initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8 years in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related field.
• Strong OO programming with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience building automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, WebDriver, Appium, Gatling.
• Experience with automated API testing (Postman, REST, XML, JSON).
• Test data and environment management; CI/CD integration; modern DevOps.
