Engineering Manager, Nova

📋 Description

• Own Nova Product team for subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, and LP portal.
• Grow team from ~4 to 5-7 engineers and shape Product group structure.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, stakeholders, and Foundations teams.
• Set technical direction with senior/staff engineers.
• Maintain high quality under compliance and real-money contexts.
• Stay hands-on when helpful to unblock the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience (hiring, developing, coaching).
• Track record shipping complex, user-focused products.
• Experience in fintech/payments/identity/KYC a plus.
• Experience with a modern TypeScript stack or ability to learn quickly.
• Good startup judgment; comfortable with ambiguity.
