Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for Appnovation's global clients
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
• Facilitate internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders
• Estimate velocity and track costs; develop resource plans; assess risks
• Coach teams in Agile frameworks and strive for higher scrum maturity

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of Agile PM or Scrum Master experience in a digital agency/consulting
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement)
• Nice to have knowledge of Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe
• Scrum Master Certification or strong Agile hands-on experience
• Strong English communication across organizational levels
• Excellent planning, organizational, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
