📋 Description

• Case Management Representatives ensures intake, processing, and management of DNA testing cases.
• Maintain compliance with chain-of-custody requirements and client expectations.
• Open samples, compare information, address concerns, enter data into LIS.
• Ensure timely process from receipt to final reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years data entry experience preferred
• High School diploma/GED required
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet production goals
• Microsoft Office literacy and typing skills
• Multi-task while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and escalation skills
